Promo Art For #ITSMYTOUR

We’re pretty excited to finally be able to talk about our artwork being chosen to be used for this year’s #itsmytour competition by Specialized Bicycles. If you aren’t familiar its a fun contest to play while you follow along with this year’s Tour de France. Register and play here. Quoted from the site:

From Saturday, July 5th to Sunday, July 27th 2014 the Tour de France will take place for the 101st time. If you are one of us and can’t wait to follow the Tour from the first to the 3.664th kilometer you are in the right place.

Be part of our #ITSMYTOUR Campaign and win a special trip to the Specialized Headquarters in Morgan Hill, California to meet our founder Mike Sinyard. As a keepsake of this trip you will receive an original road bike ridden by one of our Specialized athletes during the Tour the France 2014.

Prove your knowledge, experience and intuition in professional cycling and place your bet during the 21 stages on the winner of each stage or stage winning team as well as on the rider wearing the Yellow Jersey on the respective day.

To be on time to place your first bet you can first register by July 3rd 2014.

On The Catwalk

Today is the grand opening of the “Works on Paper” show by Justin Santora and us at Specialized Bicycles’ Catwalk Gallery. That’s right, THE Specialized. We’re pretty excited for the opportunity to do the show with special thanks to John Freeborn for setting it up.

Philly Bike Polo Logo

A little earlier this fall I helped throw a bike polo event for the Philly Bike Expo. At some point it became necessary for the Philly club to have a logo. Here’s a little thing I cooked up at the 11th hour.

After the dust had settled I received an unexpected bit of mail. A special “thank you” from Bina, the Expo organizer. She had gotten my logo made into a custom bicycle head badge! So cool!

Such a cool headbadge!
